Vice President, Homeland Portfolio (Advanced Technology)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a $75M+ DHS tech portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Own P&L with margin gains via automation, tooling, and delivery.
• Drive portfolio growth through on-contract expansion and new opportunities.
• Direct capture and market growth across DHS components (ICE, TSA, Coast Guard, USSS, CISA).
• Engage DHS C-suite, SES, and acquisition executives to strengthen relationships.
• Provide balanced leadership across delivery, engagement, growth, and new business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; 15+ years experience.
• Active clearance required; TS preferred; DHS suitability/public trust considered.
• Proven success delivering outcome-based contracts (FFP, OTA, CSO).
• Recognized presence and trusted relationships across DHS leadership and acquisition channels.
• Fluency in digital transformation, AI/ML, zero-trust cyber, DevSecOps, cloud-native.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain top technical and management talent.
