🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in GTM/RevOps or related function, IC builder and leader
  • Led RevOps/Growth Ops teams (5–15 people)
  • Architected/operated modern B2B GTM tech stack end-to-end
  • Hands-on with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proficient in GTM data tooling (Clay, ZoomInfo) and data infra
  • Experienced with integration/automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato) and marketing automation
