  • 12+ years in Sales Ops / GTM Ops / Business Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • 5+ years leading large multi-functional ops teams.
  • Strategic partner to CRO/C-level; drive revenue efficiency and scale.
  • Deep GTM planning, partner/channel ops, XDR, territory and quota design.
  • CRM mastery (Salesforce preferred) and broader sales tech.
  • Strong analytical and BI skills; data analysis and modeling.
