Provide executive oversight of the federal portfolio and escalation focal point
Achieve service excellence in delivery and operations, meet NPS targets
Drive innovation and growth to meet evolving customer needs
Support renewals and identify add-on growth opportunities
Coordinate with Public and Commercial Growth teams on new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of federal government experience
5+ years of health technology experience
Proven track record working with federal government customers in healthcare technology
Existing relationships with federal government leaders in the portfolio
Experience leading technology initiatives
10+ years managing relationships with multiple external clients across different geographies
