- 8-12 years in government/public affairs (regulated finance/real estate preferred)
- Experience coordinating with outside lobbyists across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong coalition-building and policy advancement track record
- Experience handling hostile press or activist campaigns
- Understanding regulatory inquiries and coordinating with in-house counsel
