🎯 Requirements

- Deep Commerce AI domain expertise: search, recommendations, personalization.
- Strong AI/ML technical acumen: ranking models, NLP/NLU, LLMs, vector search.
- Marketing tech exp incl CDPs and automation is a plus.
- Proven to drive RPV, ARR, and customer impact.
- Experience scaling product teams across geographies.
- Experience using agentic AI tools Claude, Cursor, Copilot.
