• Leads Respiratory Product Strategy Team for late-stage programs
• Develops development plans for asthma and COPD aligned with objectives
• Recruits and mentors late-stage clinicians and scientists
• Collaborates on safety to define risk-benefit profiles
• Partners with Clinical Operations and CRO to hit timelines
• Oversees regulatory submissions and protocol content

🎯 Requirements

• MD or PhD required; MD preferred; Board cert in Pulmonology/Allergy or Rheumatology
• 10+ years drug development in biopharma
• Deep expertise in asthma and COPD and late-stage trials
• Recent BLA submission experience and regulatory interactions
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to influence investigators and health authorities
