📋 Description

• Leads RPST for late-stage respiratory programs (asthma, COPD).
• Direct management of medical monitors and clinical scientists.
• Develops high-quality asthma and COPD development plans.
• Recruits and mentors late-stage clinicians and scientists.
• Collaborates with Safety/PV to define risk-benefit and safety.
• Oversees protocol development and regulatory submissions.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or PhD; Pulmonology or Allergy certification preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical development in biopharma.
• Deep expertise in asthma and COPD and late-stage trials.
• Proven success in pivotal global studies and regulatory interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
• Education: MD or PhD; fellowship or MPH a plus.
