  • Drive strategic direction and execution of Virtru's global public sector sales plan.
  • Lead with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
  • Build and manage relationships with U.S. mission partners (DISA, Air Force, ODNI, SAPs).
  • Leverage international partnerships and OCONUS personnel to drive global strategy.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with resellers and system integrators.

🎯 Requirements

  • TS Clearance required, SCI preferred
  • Willingness to travel (<50%)
  • 15+ years of enterprise federal software sales experience with leadership
  • Strong DISA background and familiarity with mission partner environments
  • Strong understanding of combatant commands, CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM
  • Familiarity with NATO structures and working with OCONUS personnel
