📋 Description

  • Lead customer success and partner teams to drive satisfaction, retention, expansion
  • Bridge customers, partners, delivery, sales, engineering, and commercial teams
  • Drive post-implementation adoption to maximize value
  • Manage post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewal, advocacy
  • Identify issues proactively and connect resources for rapid resolution
  • Close expansion deals and share updates with delivery and engineering

🎯 Requirements

  • TS Clearance required, SCI preferred
  • Willingness to travel (<50%)
  • Proven track record driving partner success and customer satisfaction in B2B SaaS
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, delivery, sales, and commercial teams
  • Experience closing expansion/renewal deals and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate feedback into insights
