- Identify issues proactively and connect resources for rapid resolution

🎯 Requirements
- TS Clearance required, SCI preferred
- Willingness to travel (<50%)
- Proven track record driving partner success and customer satisfaction in B2B SaaS
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, delivery, sales, and commercial teams
- Experience closing expansion/renewal deals and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate feedback into insights
