📋 Description

• Design and execute a multi-year global logistics roadmap.
• Build and manage strategic carrier networks for visibility.
• Optimize cost-to-customer without sacrificing speed.
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance (ITA, EAR, OFAC).
• Implement data-driven logistics tech for real-time visibility.
• Own North Star metrics: OTD, transit time, landed costs.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years leadership in global logistics or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of international trade law, HTS classification, and customs.
• Proven track record negotiating high-value contracts with global carriers and 3PLs.
• Experience collaborating with Product/Engineering to integrate logistics data.
• Leadership capable of strategic and urgent customs problem solving.
