📋 Description

• Executive role leading Okta's Global Impact portfolio.
• Reports to the COO's Chief of Staff to accelerate velocity.
• Oversee nonprofit, philanthropy, sustainability, and responsible tech.
• Partner with GTM, product, and marketing for blended revenue and social impact.
• Represent Okta to enterprise customers, nonprofits, investors, and regulators.
• Set a bold three-year strategy for Okta for Good.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in tech, social impact, sustainability, or related fields.
• Executive-level experience in fast-paced, complex orgs.
• Led multi-disciplinary teams; strong tech fluency.
• Experience building operating systems and program rigor.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and regulatory trends.
• Ability to travel up to 30% based on location.
