- Develop advanced financial models with drivers like CAC, retention, margins.
- Provide real-time KPI variance analysis and executive reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years finance experience with 5+ years in SVP/VP leadership.
- EdTech, SaaS, or Higher Ed experience preferred.
- Expert-level financial modeling; deep GAAP understanding; global P&Ls/valuations.
- ERP (Workday preferred) and EPM tools (Workday Adaptive Planning) proficiency.
- Willing to be based in the DC metro area and commute to Arlington HQ.
