📋 Description

• Lead company-wide initiatives for clinical excellence and patient safety across Habitat Health.
• Design and implement workflows, tools, and AI for care delivery.
• Oversee PCP/APP strategy with operations to ensure high-quality care.
• Partner with medical leadership to align clinical programs with population health goals.
• Serve as clinical leader and role model for clinicians company-wide.
• Drive clinical quality metrics and provider support to reduce burden.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO with accredited residency/fellowship.
• 7+ years clinical experience post-training.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA.
• Board cert in internal/family/emergency med; geriatrics preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical programs and outcomes.
• Travel up to 50%.
