Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end planning for Product & Technology (P&T) teams.
• Drive annual plan, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling across revenue and OPEX.
• Partner with P&T leaders and CTO to develop a headcount plan.
• Lead CFO team on cross-functional projects to enhance planning processes.
• Design and implement a scalable FP&A architecture using automation.
• Provide real-time, data-driven insights to guide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years FP&A and strategic finance across SaaS and large enterprises with international presence.
• Partner with Product & Engineering on performance mgmt, quota setting, and comp design for SaaS GTM.
• Strong deal strategy acumen for pricing, terms, and margin on multi-year enterprise deals.
• Demonstrated success leading distributed teams and developing finance talent across regions.
• Strong modeling and analytics; Excel, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau.
• Executive presence; communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and board.
