• Strategic FP&A ownership: Fully own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling; provide CFO with push-button visibility into SaaS health and revenue metrics.

• M&A strategy & benchmarking: Drive due diligence and valuation; build benchmarking frameworks for targets.
\n
• Finance systems & AI transformation: Architect next-gen FP&A tooling; embed AI and automation across budgeting, forecasting, and close.
\n
• Lean financial operations: Oversee monthly close with speed and integrity.
\n
• Board-level narratives: Produce board decks and clear financial storytelling.
\n
• The connective tissue: Partner with Rev Ops, Deal Desk, and executives for alignment.
\n

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership with SaaS unit economics and revenue growth.
\n
• Mastery of FP&A and modeling; 3-statement models and long-range planning.
\n
• M&A track record: benchmarking targets and due diligence lifecycle.
\n
• AI & tech forward: leveraging automation to overhaul budgeting and close.
\n
• Player/Coach DNA: self-starter who scales via tech/process, not headcount.
\n
• Strategic partner: strong communication; board narratives and executive partnerships.
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
