Vice President, Finance

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A and Accounting with autonomy.
• Define finance systems, processes, and reporting.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and accounting ops.
• Partner with CEO, ELT, Board, and investors on financial strategy.
• Build models, ROI analyses, and investor materials.
• Support capital raises and due diligence.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Healthcare Finance with FP&A and Accounting.
• Prior VP Finance/Controller in a growth-stage company.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare value-based contract economics.
• Experience building and scaling finance teams and infrastructure.
• Experience leading fundraising and investor materials and due diligence.
• Advanced Excel skills and scenario modeling; self-directed.
