Vice President, Facilities

📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership of facilities ops across national portfolio.
• Set preventive maintenance, standards, and long-term asset strategies.
• Expert on building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, environmental standards, and policies.
• Partner with senior leadership to align facilities with asset plans and capital projects.
• Manage facilities budgets, drive cost efficiency.
• Build facilities org, including regional and national teams and vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Mgmt, Engineering, Construction Mgmt, or related field.
• 10+ years facilities mgmt experience, incl. 5+ years in leadership in real estate.
• Proven leadership, exec collaboration, and vendor management.
• Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and efficiency gains.
• Expertise in building systems, maintenance ops, and preventive strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel, Procore, and PM platforms; travel up to 50%.
