📋 Description

• Drive engineering vision and strategy across WordPress, Hosting, Security, and Reseller.
• Own roadmap, architecture, and end-to-end execution plans.
• Partner with Product and GTM to align roadmaps and customer experience.
• Foster a culture of experimentation across engineering, UX, and marketing.
• Develop and lead a product quality scorecard with executive reporting.
• Lead and scale a 150+ person, multi-site engineering organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in engineering leadership in a global SaaS or software org.
• Deep expertise in WordPress, Hosting, or Security.
• Data-inspired leadership using data science and ML to set direction.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-functional initiatives across matrixed orgs.
• Strong technical depth: modern platforms, AWS/GCP, multi-region apps.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
