Define rolling 4- and 12-month roadmaps aligned to exec priorities and customer feedback
Collaborate with execs, PMs, and engineers on high-level designs for key features
Coach PMs on requirements documents and deliverables
Identify cross-team dependencies and tradeoffs to maximize release value
Resolve product issues identified by field organizations
Articulate benefits of new features and future direction to customers and partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
7+ years PM experience
5+ years in enterprise software
5+ years leading direct reports
Enterprise SaaS solutions
Strong technical skills; must be ET-based or within 1 hour offset
