Define rolling 4- and 12-month roadmaps aligned with exec priorities and Vault apps
Collaborate with executives, PMs, and engineering on high-level designs for key features
Coach PMs on requirements documents and other deliverables
Identify cross-team dependencies and optimize resource tradeoffs for each release
Ensure timely resolution of product issues raised by field organizations
Evangelize products; become SME for internal audiences, customers, and partners

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree
Proven product leader in enterprise software
7+ years in product management
5+ years in enterprise software
5+ years leading direct reports
