📋 Description

  • Generate new business revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding within existing accounts.
  • Sell Microsoft solutions for digital contact centers using the Microsoft Cloud stack.
  • Leverage Microsoft partner relationships to create joint target account strategies and opportunities.
  • Develop value-led proposals and present to executives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, SE, engineering, consulting, and PM to deliver proposals.
  • Build post-sale implementations and ensure contractual fulfilment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years selling D365 Customer Service and MS solutions in a high-touch setting.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure Data & AI, CCaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executives.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
