  • Generate revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding within existing accounts.
  • Sell Microsoft cloud solutions for digital contact centers with partner status.
  • Present SOWs, ROMs, and capabilities to clients and Microsoft.
  • Build strong relationships and account plans across the Microsoft cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, engineering, consulting, and SMEs to craft proposals.
  • Work with Project Management and Practice Teams to ensure post-sale fulfilment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years selling D365 Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Journey in a high-touch environment.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure Data AI, CCaaS, and contact center tech preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including exec and c-levels.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
