Vice President, Data Cloud

📋 Description

• Architect a unified Data Cloud platform (ingest, storage, processing, governance)
• Lead AI-native capabilities (RAG, vector retrieval, embeddings)
• Move from infra provider to AI app platform; define strategy and execution
• Translate strategy into shipped systems with clear outcomes
• Build and scale a global org (US, India); implement STO across services
• Partner with Product, GTM, and Platform Eng on roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Proven cloud-scale data platform experience (OLAP, lakehouse, streaming)
• Experience integrating Spark, Airflow, dbt into managed cloud services
• Experience with AI/ML data pipelines (feature stores, embeddings, RAG)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive multi-quarter execution with measurable outcomes
• Proven experience scaling engineering organizations and delivering under constraints
• Strong architectural judgment across storage, processing, and query layers
