- Proven growth in existing accounts with retention and advocacy.
- Strategic planning and delivery; translate strategy into initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional communication; exec presence.
- Data-driven with OKRs; monitor metrics to manage CS.
- Partner with Product, Services, and Support; align on roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree required.
