  • Lead CS and TAM teams across Growth, Enterprise, Strategic in Americas & EMEA.
  • Drive renewals, reduce churn, and expand revenue.
  • Improve product adoption, customer health scores, and engagement.
  • Lead Customer Success Workshops and CS planning.
  • Define OKRs for CS and track progress in Lattice.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Renewals, Services, Support.
  • Travel to client sites domestically or internationally.
  • Shape CS programs across journey stages and segments.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 12+ yrs GTM leadership in tech or SaaS with CS focus.
  • 5-7 yrs managing managers, directors, and senior leaders.
  • Proven growth in existing accounts with retention and advocacy.
  • Strategic planning and delivery; translate strategy into initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional communication; exec presence.
  • Data-driven with OKRs; monitor metrics to manage CS.
  • Partner with Product, Services, and Support; align on roadmap.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
