🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading customer facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record scaling CS teams at a growth stage startup Series B+.
  • Experience managing product or platform transitions and change management.
  • Hands on with CS and CRM tools HubSpot Planhat a plus.
  • Analytical mindset; data driven decisions; forecast accuracy.
  • Strategic and execution oriented; able to build playbooks and coach others.
