Vice President, Customer Operations

📋 Description

• Lead corporate IT and security functions aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leadership on enterprise security posture and risk.
• Develop long-term IT operations and security governance strategies.
• Represent cybersecurity posture externally in customer engagements and audits.
• Manage IT and security budgets, vendor relationships, and change.
• Drive a security-aware culture and prioritize IT/security initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity and/or IT operations.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with budgets and teams.
• Deep knowledge of RMF, CMMC, NIST 800-171, FISMA; audit experience.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2 Type II controls.
