🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or equivalent qualified.
- 15 years in Fund Accounting for Credit assets and structures.
- Technical accounting with ASC 970 Real Estate; ASC 820 Fair Value; ASC 842.
- Experience managing teams and implementing new processes.
- Knowledge of MOIC, TVPI, IRRs and time-weighted returns.
