Vice President, Credit Accounting

📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for financial reporting for Credit investment structures.
• Oversight of the global accounting model for Credit investments.
• Account for complex transactions on new deals, restructures and dispositions.
• Set up investment structures in Yardi per global booking models.
• Timely month-end close across accruals, consolidation and GAAP adjustments.
• Oversight of waterfall, performance fees and management fees.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or equivalent qualified.
• 15 years of Fund Accounting experience for Credit assets and structures.
• Technical accounting: ASC 970, 310, 320, CECL, 842.
• Experience managing teams and implementing new processes.
• Knowledge of MOIC, TVPI, IRRs and time-weighted returns.
