🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- CPA required with prior Big 4 experience
- US GAAP knowledge with healthcare, SaaS, or tech exposure
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
- Proven ability to design scalable accounting policies and processes
- Strong systems aptitude and continuous improvement focus
