Lead Accounting Operations (Cash, A/P, A/R) and General Ledger controls
Oversee post-go-live stabilization and optimization of Workday
Embed accounting logic, controls, and data validation into systems and pipelines
Partner with Technology, FP&A, and Product on data, integrations and controls
Drive automation to shorten monthly close and improve reporting
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives to support new products

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA license required
ERP implementation/optimization project experience
Big 4 + fintech or regulated industry experience preferred
US GAAP and internal controls knowledge
Workday familiarity is a plus
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Strong project and change management abilities
