🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership
- VP Accounting or senior Controller at a B2B SaaS company
- Direct experience operating at ~$200M+ ARR or readiness for that scale
- Hands-on ownership of revenue recognition in a subscription model
- Deep US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606
- Strong internal controls, audits, and accounting systems
- Big 4 public accounting background (3–5 years) preferred
