🎯 Requirements

- 10–15+ years in SaaS ops, cloud infra, and SRE.
- 5+ years leading Operations and SRE teams.
- Built/operated large distributed systems, microservices, high-availability SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP; Kubernetes and cloud tooling.
- Monitoring/observability, incident mgmt, IaC, capacity planning, cost optimization.
