🎯 Requirements

  • Significant experience leading executive-level client relationships and large, multi-disciplinary accounts.
  • Demonstrated success driving organic growth and long-term partnerships across complex client organizations.
  • Experience working with senior leaders across strategy, creative, technology, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment with senior-level accountability.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support key clients and partnerships.
