π― Requirements
- 12β15+ years in client services or account leadership at a creative/digital/experiential agency.
- Significant experience leading executive-level client relationships and large, multi-disciplinary accounts.
- Demonstrated success driving organic growth and long-term partnerships across complex client organizations.
- Experience working with senior leaders across strategy, creative, technology, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment with senior-level accountability.
- Ability to travel as needed to support key clients and partnerships.
