🎯 Requirements

- Deep domain expertise in human capital, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to craft a persuasive narrative.
- Comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and drive to improve outcomes.
