• End-To-End Delivery Leadership: lead delivery across ops, technical, and programmatic.
• Coach and Facilitator Quality Partnership: ensure high-quality participant experience.

• Governance and Operational Clarity: design governance; monitor health and risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of service/software delivery experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
• Executive/operating-level communication skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and operational excellence.
• Cross-functional influencing and collaboration.
• Strong program/project management (Scrum/Agile a plus).
• Minimum 20% travel requirement.
