🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 7-10 years in BD, capture, or opportunity shaping in Federal Civilian/DoD/IC.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and in teams.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and market research platforms.
