📋 Description

• Lead the Behavioral Health Department of Masters-level clinicians.
• Set clinical standards, provide oversight, ensure integrated care.
• Build and lead a high-performing clinical organization with people leadership.
• Ensure teams are supported, accountable, delivering quality outcomes.
• Maintain a small caseload of direct patient care.
• Collaborate with Leadership, CMO, and executive team.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree required.
• Clinical License with designation to supervise clinicians.
• 5+ years in a clinical leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering high-quality care.
• PC literacy with EHRs, spreadsheets, BI, email, calendar.
• Excellent English communication; effective in 1:1 and group meetings.
• Strong clinical and team leadership in behavioral health.
• Experience leading through Directors/Managers and improving performance.
