π― Requirements
- 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales; 5+ years in people management.
- Proven track record of owning net revenue retention, expansion ARR, and renewals in B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading multi-team AM/CS organizations (3+ teams, 20+ ICs) in high-growth SaaS.
- Deep familiarity with the B2B SaaS lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Experience building processes, playbooks, and operating cadences that measurably improve performance.
- Experience managing complex deals with multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Background in ecommerce or mid-market/enterprise SaaS preferred; integration/automation is a plus.
