What you will do Assist the CFO directly in all aspects of strategic finance decision-making and M&A Hands-on exposure to creating investor materials and board recommendationsSupport FP&A in blending acquisition projections into the company-wide financial planPartner with external service providers and transaction advisers to manage data room requests and due diligence deliverablesPerform sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to inform strategyDocument and refine transaction processes - deal pipeline tracking, standardized templates, best practicesImplement reporting to monitor deal-stage progression, valuation benchmarks, and due diligence statusSupport on planning post-merger integration (PMI) activities with key organizational stakeholdersCoordinate Q&A logs, data-room maintenance, and management presentation materials What we look for 0–3 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, or transaction advisory Internship or student assistant background at an investment bank, VC, management consulting or Big 4 transaction-services/valuation groupStrong proficiency in corporate finance and well-versed in especially Excel and PowerPointExceptional analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-starter mentality with a hands-on approach in a high-pace, entrepreneurial environment Why join us?
