Handle all compositing tasks: tracking, matte extraction, layering, color matching.
Contribute to shot planning across the entire production process.
Help define plans and visualize ideas for clients.
Occasionally supervise VFX on set, advising the director and DOP.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of hands-on compositing experience.
Familiar with commercial workflows and post-production teams.
Knowledge of AI in VFX, including Stable Diffusion.
Scripts are neat, readable, maintainable.
Strong eye for perspective, layering, color matching.
After Effects experience is a major plus.
Provide technical assessments and recommendations.
Provide realistic time estimates for planning.
Organized project files and communication.
Critically review your own high-end work.
Proactive and self-driven.
Willing to collaborate with clients and directors.
