• Provide support for retaining core vet users after handoff

• Assist veterinarians in fulfilling shifts aligned with schedules and goals

• Help fulfill relief shifts through vet network knowledge

• Retain and grow the shift volume of full-time relief vets

• Ensure Top Vet users remain actively engaged and happy with Roo

• Manage Veterinarian's general inquiries
\n

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in fostering relationships, growing your book of business, and retaining clients
\n
• Strong Sales Experience
\n
• Proficient in analyzing data to make informed decisions
\n
• Ability to utilize our CRM tools (Hubspot and Zendesk) to track user progress
\n
• Proactivity – staying ahead of day-to-day work
\n
• Strong communication skills (a written prompt will be part of the interview)
\n
