📋 Description

• Ensures the delivery of the highest quality veterinary care by all team members
• Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians through coaching and case discussions
• Leads Performance Improvement processes to address underperformance
• Organizes regular doctor and team meetings to foster a positive hospital culture
• Develops and implements new practice protocols and guidelines
• Partners with Clinic Manager to deliver an excellent client experience and handle complaints

🎯 Requirements

• DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility
• DEA license and CDS certificate if needed
• 2-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
• 1+ years leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
