Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory obligations.
Support live, high-pressure environments across trading floor, telephony, and collaboration platforms.
Collaborate with internal support teams, service managers, project managers, and clients.
Operate independently, communicate under pressure, own incidents to resolution.
Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Cisco Call Manager experience.
BT Open Trade platform experience.

End-to-end incident, change, and problem management; live environment handling.
