• 1+ years of experience in financial services, tech, or related industry
• Ability to spot patterns from discrete data points (e.g., social media, financial data)
• Strong written/verbal communication; interact with customers via email
• Strong customer focus; balance risk with a positive experience; conflict-resolution
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with others in a closely collaborative team environment
