📋 Description

  • Own and resolve post-go-live technical requests from customers.
  • Collaborate with CSMs and Support to triage escalations.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on feature rollouts and upgrades.
  • Track and log time against customer requests for transparency.
  • Draft, scope, and refine customer-facing SOWs for post-go-live services.
  • Deliver Salesforce configuration updates: objects, fields, flows, reports.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years Salesforce config and admin experience.
  • Troubleshoot/post-go-live SaaS issues.
  • Cross-functional comms with CSM/Support/Product/Engineering.
  • Manage multiple concurrent live customer requests.
  • Familiar with managed packages, flows, dashboards, reports, permissions.
  • Deliver managed services: data imports, admin configuration, enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
