🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years Salesforce config and admin experience.
- Troubleshoot/post-go-live SaaS issues.
- Cross-functional comms with CSM/Support/Product/Engineering.
- Manage multiple concurrent live customer requests.
- Familiar with managed packages, flows, dashboards, reports, permissions.
- Deliver managed services: data imports, admin configuration, enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
