🎯 Requirements

4+ years designing interactive apps in complex tech
Excellent visual, UI, interaction skills
Know when to use, break, or evolve the design system
Proficient with FigJam, Figma, and production/prototype code (v0/Cursor/Claude Code)
Strong written and verbal communication; proactive feedback
Collaborative teammate open to candid feedback
