Senior Manager, FP&A Systems

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and rollout of new EPM with Finance partners
• Design and develop complex financial models in our EPM tool for planning and forecasting
• Continuously optimize existing models to improve performance and data accuracy
• Collaborate with Finance, People, and Engineering to meet evolving model needs
• Integrate models with enterprise systems to ensure data flow and integrity
• Build dashboards and metrics reports using model outputs for end users
• Ensure data governance and platform consistency across models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
• 7+ years hands-on with leading EPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion)
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, systems architecture, budgeting, forecasting
• Proven experience integrating EPM solutions with broader enterprise tools and data ecosystems
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate workflows and improve data quality
• Ensure accuracy of models and outputs while leading, mentoring, and contributing to design and optimization
