Own capitalized commissions, payroll, and M&A subs accounting
Prepare reporting packages and leadership analyses
Support monthly/quarterly close with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Partner with FP&A to align actuals with forecasts and drivers
Lead process improvements and automation; build AI agents to automate daily tasks

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
3+ years accounting; Big 4 and/or high-growth private co
Understanding of US GAAP; payroll and capitalized commissions a plus
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Passion for AI, automation, and system-driven efficiency
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
