The Who, What, Why, and Where

We’re hiring a Market Manager to lead Veo’s growth in new sports across North America, based in our Miami, FL office. Can you turn insights into action and build trust through powerful local partnerships? Are you ready to attend events, inspire athletes and coaches, demo our tech, and convert excitement into leads? You’ll help shape Veo’s presence in emerging sports—with support from our Market Lead, Jono Callaghan.

What you will do:

  • Scale go-to-market strategies and partnerships in sports where we already have traction, doubling the pipeline and revenue within 6 months.
  • Identify and activate opportunities in untapped sports, turning pilot efforts into repeatable, scalable models.
  • Build strategic relationships with leagues, associations, influencers, and event organizers to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-selling and marketing initiatives while equipping sales teams with tools to close deals.
  • Manage the partner lifecycle—from onboarding and training to long-term support and growth.
  • Support content creation for SoMe by sourcing highlight moments and stories from new sports to increase brand visibility.
  • Represent Veo at tournaments, conventions, and events across the U.S., with Miami as your operational base.
  • Track and report on key metrics: lead generation, conversion rates, partnership performance, and engagement levels.

  • Ideal background:

  • 3–5 years in partner management, market development, or growth marketing within sports tech or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. sports ecosystem and an existing network within it.
  • Experience in building strategies, managing projects, and driving adoption of products or solutions.
  • Excellent communicator in English.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL, and open to travel (30–40%).

    Compensation

    USD 65.000-70.000 base pay.
